Flare House, Bucharest
A wagon house, representative as typology for the residential fabric of Bucharest, is the starting point of the project. Through defined interventions the house seeks to adapt to the way of life and articulate the expectations of the new family. The access, the skylights, the glass room upstairs, the outdoor dining table complete the living experience by linking the spaces among themselves and with the neighborhood.
The upper glass – chamber rises on the neighboring blind wall extending both visually and spatially the perimeter of the dwelling to the neighborhood, thus compensating for the small dimensions of the yard.
